  • Each bag takes about 2-3 days to complete. Because of the length of my current queue, you’ll most likely get your bag 1 month after commissioning me. If you’d like to see my current commission queue, check out my Trello.

  • For accuracy, I only accept 3D scans. Measurements alone don’t capture the true shape of a fursuit head.

  • No, scans are private and used solely for your commission.

  • For small stains, I’d recommend a damp towel with warm soap and water. Folex is your best friend for anything major.

  • On average, shipping costs are between $10 and $20 USD. I have a business account with UPS and USPS, which allows me to get better rates. I pass those lower rates to the customer for the cheapest and safest transportation.

  • Depending on which country, I do! Some countries have much higher regulations and prices, but most places I can ship to. I have business accounts with UPS and USPS which gives me lower international shipping costs than normal.

  • Yes, all shipments include tracking information.

  • Yes! I’m always open to custom requests for your bag to make it perfect for your needs. If you need a specific fabric that i don’t offer, a specific color, or an accessory made JUST for you, I can do it for an extra fee. These extra rates can be discussed per the request.

Terms of service

Overview:

To purchase from All Bark No Bite, individuals must be 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. For all commissions, a 3D scan of the fursuit head, following the specifications outlined on our website, is mandatory. DTD’s will not be accepted at this time.

Custom Fit:

You are required to complete and submit a 3D scan of your fursuit head using the step-by-step tutorial provided on our website. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in improper fitting. If any issues are identified with the scan, we will request a new scan to ensure a perfect fit.

Payment:

Full payment is due immediately after being invoiced. No work will be done until payment has been processed. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not offer private payment plans. At this time, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and other payment options are not accepted.

Refunds:

100% refunds are available if the head bag has not entered production and no special materials have been ordered. If production has started, refunds will be issued based on the percentage of completed work at our discretion. If a refund is accepted, we reserve the right to disassemble or destroy partially completed work at our discretion. Once the head bag is completed, refunds are not available.

Abandoned and Canceled Projects:

If we are unable to establish contact with you for three consecutive months, the project will be deemed abandoned. Completed work may be disassembled or destroyed with no refund issued. Further purchases from All Bark No Bite may be restricted.

We reserve the right to terminate your commission at any time, with or without prior notice. If we need to cancel your order for any reason, you will be given a full refund and completed work may be disassembled or destroyed.

If for any reason we are unable to complete your order within 6 months of your purchase, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Shipping:

Shipping costs are determined by the customer's location and distance from our headquarters in Nevada, USA. Customers within Nevada are required to pay sales tax due to state guidelines, but orders outside of Nevada will not include sales tax. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS based on customer preference, with shipping costs calculated at the time of invoicing. Please note that international shipping may experience delays due to customs procedures.

Warranty:

If you notice any production issues upon receiving your head bag, please contact info@ItsAllBark.com within 7 days of receiving your head bag for alterations to be made. Basic hand sewing skills are recommended for minor repairs over time. Repairs may be denied if it is determined that the bag has been intentionally damaged or mistreated. Customers are responsible for covering shipping charges for repairs.

Allergy Warning:

All Bark No Bite exclusively uses synthetic materials. While precautions are taken to prevent contact with pets, please be aware that our studio is located in a home with cats and dogs.
